I have a excell 2500 psi max honda 5.5 ho vr2522 2.2 gpm presser washer it's getting spark fuel to the carb but it won't start. it will start with starting fluid so it's not getting fuel?
Depending on the carburetor setup that pressure washer has, remove air filter, as well as plastic enclosure behind air filter. Remove bolts that hold carburetor to block. Remove gas line after clamping hose if has gas in tank. Remove throttle linkage carefully and spring. Once you have carburetor in hand, remove carburetor bowl. Look inside (where the bowl bolt goes into) and you should see a slot for a flathead screwdrivew, carefully remove that jet. Once that piece is out there should be a longer jet that falls out, if not, open carb and u will see other end inside carb, just gently press dwn on it to assist ot out. With a dental pick or simmilar tool, make sure all those tiny holes are open and clean of debri. Reassemble, and should fire up and stay running, if not amazon sells carburetors for between 5 and 20 bucks. Also if your carb doesnt have the center jet flathead screw to pullout, take whatever works and send it thru the center hole to open up that small passage..if all else fails spend the 6 bucks and buy a new carburetor..if any issues reachout on here again.
Cheers

HONDA GC190 PRESSURE WASHER ENGINE WON'T STAY RUNNING
These low tank profile engines necessitate a fuel pump. Anytime you have problems starting, fill the fuel tank to full or to a level higher than top of fuel pump.
If fuel level not the problem then fuel flow, or carb fouling.

Getting my honda gc 190 to use the soap out of the plastic container
Soap Injector Not Working Properly
When a soap injector is not working properly, the problem is generally fairly easy to isolate. Check the following:
1. If you have interchangeable tips, make sure the Black, soap tip is installed. Soap injectors will not work when high pressure nozzles are installed.
2. Be sure that the soap injector valve is turned on, and turn selector valve to desired setting.
3. A piece of debris may be caught in the injector valve, injector ball valve, or orifice. Disassemble and clean the injector.
4. If you have an adjustable nozzle, be sure it is in the low pressure position (away from the gun) to draw soap.
Interchangeable Tips
Your machine is supplied with either interchangeable tips or a multi-reg. Your machine is supplied with interchangeable spray tips. The black tip lowers your pressure and draws chemical. The other tips are for high pressure rinse at different spray angles. Red is 0 degree, yellow is 15 degree, green is 25 degree and white is 40 degree. The yellow tip is used for most standard applications. Be sure the quick coupler is fully engaged before pulling the trigger gun. Failure to do may result in the tip becoming a projectile and may be lost or damage to property or persons may occur.

Honda self-propelled 21" mower (HRB216TDA). Will not self-propel. Not sure which part is bad.
If belt is ok, then likely the rear wheel dogs have seized. Review the following PartsTree diagram, what they call ratchet key item 3.
https://www.partstree.com/parts/honda/mowers-walk-behind-lawn-mower/hrb216-tda-honda-walk-behind-mower-made-in-usa-sn-maaa-1000001/rear-wheel .
When the mower is off, you would normally hear the dogs click as you pushed the mower. These get dirty from debris and then rust up and seize (no longer click). Once seized, the transmission drive shaft just spins inside the drive gear.
Remove bolt wheel and wheel to access and clean out all the dirt and debris.
Inspect inside side of rear wheel and verify wheel gear is in good condition. If all looks good then onto the drive gear.
You could try penetrating oil, but if dogs are seized you'll likely need to remove the gear... the key is spring loaded so take not to loose the key and spring. They're small pieces and once they launch they may be lost forever.
I don't remember if the "cover" has to be removed. If it does, there are a lot of small parts, be careful not to loose and keep in correct order. Consult diagram frequently.

Honda hru19 mower , I've cleaned carby but only starts briefly then links out . Any help please
Install a 75 micron fuel filter into the fuel line coming from tank. Make sure fuel line to carb (from on/off valve ) is not obstructed. There should be a steady continuous stream.
Loosen or remove fuel cap (as a test) to see if that helps. If runs ok without fuel cap, replace fuel cap,
If fuel cap doesn't help, turn off fuel and remove fuel bowl, turn on fuel. Again there should be a steady flow of fuel. If not, remove float and inlet needle and clear obstruction. Reinstall needle, float and fuel bowl. If still wont run properly, order a chinese replacement carburetor ($15 US delivered) and replace carb. Then drain fuel from tank and fuel bowl end of every season.
