Air slow to build pressure after the trigger is pulled not sinking nails completely

Tear the tool down and install #18001 Rebuild kit. Just because the O-rings look good doesn't mean they are not worn. Also make sure you grease the orings with the grease provided in the kit. The entire cylinder has to move up and down in this gun so it is important it is clean & lubricated.

How to replace a cylinder ring in a hitachi nr83a

If you are going to replace the cylinder ring I would recommend getting the service kit (Part #18000) and replacing all the o-rings. I'm assuming you have already taken it apart this far but if not: Remove the 4 hex bolts on the cap and remove the head. Using 2 of the bolts - thread them into the inserts on the top cylinder ring and use them to twist it off. The cylinder and piston should 'pop' up under spring pressure from below. Using an o-ring pick, remove the o-rings and thoroughly clean the tool - replace the o-rings and the bad cylinder ring. Lubricate the new rings with the grease provided and reassemble. How to replace the trigger on a hitachi nv45ab2

Pound roll pin out of black trigger and remove. Turn silver slotted part with screw driver and the two valves will pop out. Usually it's the flat trigger bushing that is bad and makes it leak. I have all parts. airnailerparts.com

The gun had a slight air leak at the trigger. The repair shop put in an o-ring kit. Works great on their shop compressor. Plugged it into 2 different portable compressors and air leaks continuously fr

Roger, what PSI are you running on your portable compressors? Sometimes these guns will not operate properly if there is not enough air pressure. I have seen some guns that if the air pressure is too low that they will not seal up properly and act as if there is a leak. If you can adjust your portables make sure that your setting is at least what the minimum setting for your gun calls for and then adjust upwards if you need it to drive deeper. Hope this helps.

Air blows out through the exhaust when air hose is attached

Most likely worn headvalve Part# 882927 not expensive and available thru www.toolreplacementparts.com. However you could try cleaning and lubing the headvalve. Sometimes debris will enter the gun thru the air hose and lodge in the head. Use white grease or silicone paste. Good luck.

Blowing air out of trigger

Leaking under trigger could be the ball seal part # 875645 if leak starts as soon as you connect the air hose. If no air leaks when you connect hose but begins to leak when you depress the trigger then replace the oring on the plunger which is part # 874820. If air leaks when you connect the hose and the ball mentioned above is good then most likely is leaking from oring # 876161 installed on cylinder plate (remove head and pull out the plate). Good luck.

Hitachi nv65ah driver sticks after driving first nail

Most often with this tool it is because the driver is bent. Remove the 4 bolts on the head and pull the driver straight out to inspect it. It doesn't take a lot of bend to hang it up. Let me know if this helps!

Bostitch F28ww nail gun does not cycle. There is

It sounds like your drive pin is jammed in the barrel. Can you see that moving freely? One of the two nails it fired may have lost a piece and is jammed in the barrel between the drive pin and barrel. If this is the problem, You'll need to take a sturdy "drift pin punch" and hammer to drive the drive pin back down into the nailer. (I use an old drive pin from a discarded nailer as a drift pin punch) Once the piston and drive pin are free again, the nailer should work fine.

Driver not return

How old is the nailer. If it is old enough and not oiled each use, O rings get damaged and will leak air at piston and trigger valve. Depending on the brand a rebuild kit may be available with new O rings and trigger valve.
