After market micro switch replacement for Hitachi NR 90GC from RS Components Stock number 682-1888 MPN; D2HWC203MR.Note; this requires soldering in with heatshrink and cutting flyleads to correct length. You bypass the breaker in question by connecting the saw to an outlet connected to a different breaker; or by swapping two breakers out and see if the problem moves to the other circuit.

i talked to them today, apparantly they are only takeing cases with problems in the first year of ownership, but being a ligitiamate suit, it might help push hitachi to help us out, i am going to try to call back and use this info as leverage to get a new light engine. if i have any success ill let you know

I had the same problem with mine, it's due to the fact that the smaller spring has become un-lodged from the ******** itself.

You will need:
1. Roll of electrical tape.
2. Utility Knife
3. A small slot head screw driver OR a pair of needle nose pliers.

The solution is to unscrew the silver ring so that is can be moved up and down. Now, you need to use a utility knife and cut the blue rubber off of the spring. Once you have the blue rubber but off you can see a large spring with another smaller spring inside. Push the head of the ******** till the larger spring's coils are an 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch apart. Next take either the small slot head screw driver or a pair of needle nose and jam the smaller spring back into the hole in the center of the white plastic piece inside of the larger ring. Next plug it in to make sure the vibration is working, reattach the silver piece and tape the larger spring with electric tape.

It's time for a new TV Jeff, parts will be almost impossible to find and if you are lucky to find expensive.

if you replaced capacitor exactly like it was remove and no wires switched you have a bad motor.
