Turn off projector and remove power, undo screw on cover, take cover off, undo screws on bulb housing, remove bulb, put new bulb in, do screws up, replace cover, do up its screw, reconnect power and turn projector back on. Go into menu, advanced, option, lamp time, and push the up button to reset hours. I literally just read that out of the manual.
