I've never owned one of those kind of air conditioners, but most air conditioners have a filter where air from the room enters the unit. They need cleaning or replacement and that sounds like what the indicator is suggesting. Might check manual or download one off internet.

Check the breaker in the panel and the fuses in the disconnect at the outside unit. If that doesn't do it. call a heating and air technician instead of an electrician.

Get the model number of your mini split unit (on tag on indoor unit and outdoor unit) Google hitachi error codes. You should be able to pull up a code list for that unit. I believe it may be a communication problem between the indoor and outdoor unit. Possible bad connection of wire going from outdoor to indoor unit

There should be a filter switch so you should reset that

I will advice you not to replace it yourself that could be the capacitor but it might have affected some other componet of the AC. disconnect the AC from power to avoid more damage and look for a technician to check it properly to be sure there is no any other fault.
