How about deleting the partition and plug it back into the macbook so the macbook can set it up for you. If you plug it into the windows machine, what messages did you get from that?

Problem most likely is you need a third party scsi or raid driver.I would contact the motherboard provider's website

If the PCB board is burned, there is a possibility that your data is still in the drive and that the drive can still work. However, at the very least you will need a new PCB board from Hitachi.

you need to change the setting to suit the tv. if you using it with hdmi lead. you need to put it on aerial lead to tv and change the setting in the samsung setting. could be the setting are in 1080p and your tv does not have this function so change it to 1080i or 720i if the tv is not able to take 1080i.if don't have arial port there is scart or and picture out put on the back of the samsung you can use to fit to the tv.

yes you can fixed it replase cover and and cut hdd and buy new rak out side and conected the new rak with hdd that is very esy

If your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it Click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll to sound video and game controllers you might see a yellow question exclamation mark? ! or a red X Right click to reinstall drivers. If your indicating windows cannot find your hard drive during set up, you will need to know the name of the SATA RAID device on your mobo, download the drivers on to a floppy and install them during windows setup at the "press F6 for 3rd party raid drivers" prompt.

Hard drives repairs is not a DIY job because they need to be opened in a clean room environment.
