Hello, Please try the below steps..

1. While the printer is ON, remove the ink cartridges.
2. Close the cartridge access door.
3. Un plug the power cord from back of the printer.
4. Wait for 30 seconds.
5. Plug in the power cord to back of the printer. Printer should power ON automatically, else press the ON button to do so.
6. Install the cartridges when prompted.
7. Try printing, it should work.

If issue still persists, then it could be an issue with the printing system and the printer has to be serviced. Contact HP for support.

You need to put them in Tray 1 / multipurpose tray

Try powering off for 20 mins.

This is one of frequent error in this series. as you know two types of media paths 1. roll media 2. Sheet media. In sheeteet media loading area, you can observe 'u' shaped(extremly right side where sheet media sits) plastic mould which paper passes through in it. This palstic mould contains paper sensor to sence the sheetmedia. If this sensor is dusty, printer will treats that sheet path accupied by media. The best method to clean this sensor is to blow pressure air in this sheet path area.bicycle pump is best for this process.. try it...

If carriage sits at right side., might be service station jammed, its not releasing the carriage assm..its critical issue., dont force to pull out the carriage, it may damage print heads.. pl contact professionals..

Un install the drivers. Connect through usb cable observe system recognised the printer?.. if recognised, reload the drivers & chk for the prints.. if not issue with formatter.. Insert net work patch cable., print configuration page., verify the ip address., load the drivers as network printer., chk for the prints., if not printing., ping ip from system... chk withnamother cable.., fotmatter issue..

Hello, In many printers the pick up roller is not replaceable. In such cases the printer has to be serviced. May i know the printer model name/ description to assist you better ?

Hello, Please try the below listed steps that should resolve the issue.

1. While the printer is ON, unplug the power cord from back of the printer.
2. Also unplug any other cables connected to it. ( USB / Telephone, LAN cable etc )
3. Wait for 3 minutes.
4. Plug in the Printer Power Cord directly to wall outlet and then to the printer.
5. Printer should power ON automatically, else press the ON button to do so.
6. Now try making a Copy. It should work.
7. After which connect all the cables / cords that were unplugged.

Two reasons for ghost image 1. Toner cartridge faulty. There is a part in toner cartridge called Drum cleaner (also called as tractor blade), if this part not clean the drum surface properly ghost image will form on drum & it will transfers on paper.. 2. Fuser assm faulty. There is a part in fuser assembly called Teflon sleeve. If toner particles deposited on teflon sleeve you may get ghost image..

Le conduit qui de l'encre doit etre la cause. prendre une seringue avec de l'alcool et injecter dans le tube. injecter et tirer sur le conduit en plusieurs fois, pour deboucher l'encre secher. Si c'est possible de retirer le printhead (magasine) qui tient les encres laisser tremper dans l'allcool pendant quelques heures et meme la nuit durant. laisser secher pendant quelques heures, et essayer ensuite. Cela devrait deloger l'encre secher.
