Hero duet petrol tank fuel valve leaking frequently. Changed valve no. of times.please give solution
take the dirt out of the tank . run it till its about empty, or will barely run. Cut the gas off to the engine and run it dry.
Take the tank off and turn it upside down and drain it. Put just a tint bit of fuel in the tank, cap itt off, shake it, and drain it again until the fuel comes out clean without dirt.
Look inside the tank with a flash light (not matches, lol) and see if it is rusted.
if it is rusted you will have to fill it with penetrating oil and shake it every few hours for a few days to eat up the rust, then rinse it with fuel, and try it on the scooty again
Hero honda - splendor plus suspension problem
Your front spring rate and fluid is most likely set for city riding. For softer sealed roads.
From what I can search, it looks like it is 10W oil. Maybe go up to 15W fork oil and see if that stiffens it up enough. Don't go for the highest rating,as you'll just cause damage and possibly injure yourself in the process. Always do it incrementally.
My 2009 glamour bike gives low
You may have contaminated fuel i.e. water in the tank mixing with fuel causing poor performance and excessive white smoke. If it is a carburettor bike the carb may need a service... Oil does drop slightly on some bikes but it depends how much its dropping by. If its like half a litre or more you may have trouble ahead. Get it looked at!!
N stands for on choke knobe
When running, the choke knob is placed in the down position and as this is the normal position, maybe it stands for "Normal" but I am only guessing. In case you don't know, the knob is placed in the up position for starting and the down position once the engine is running.
I hope that is of some help.

Having problem with 2nd gear shifting. Any tips?
what make and model is your bike?, Some models use the engine oil as the clutch oil while others have different reservoirs for the clutch an engine. Sometimes this can as simple as changing the oil, on other unfortunate times it can be a problem with the transmission, and in rare occasions it can be an electrical problem depending on make on model of motorcycle.
Horn and flash light not working
You have some disconnected wires; or the ground wire is interrupted. Sometimes the wires get cut on sharp edges by the vibrations.
How i open my sitting seat ?
hello, I did some looking for you and found this article which describes exactly what to do, also a useful link, hope this helped you have a great day
Typically, Honda seats have a bolt at the rear and one on either side. Remove the bolts, the seat comes off easily. This process is described in your owner manual which should be in its space behind one of the side covers. In that same space, you should find a tool kit with the tools required to remove the seat. You might want to check out this site ...
http://hrca.honda.com/publications/. Some Honda batteries come out the side. Some other Honda motorcycles have a seat which unlocks and opens up in a similar fashion to a glove box in a car. The battery is easily accessible in this style. I don't think yours is this style, still this is good information to have.
