Have you tried using the strap at the back of the seat and using the black toggle to hold it into place. I am having a problem when the seat is upright position and you fold the pushchair the clips that hold the seat undo. The shop where I brought it from says you have to have the seat flat to fold the pushchair. But the seat string/toddle gets stuck. Anyone else having this problem?

You can buy any size tire at any bike shop and put it on you yourself,do you have inner tubes also,check them to.

indicates that the swivel point is bent and needs realigning you can use a lubricant but what you describe is the same as a shopping trolley problem

we have been having the same issue and basically we just have to force it down! Annoyingly though, the safety button with is suppose to hold the collapsed buggy closed is now loose and we have trouble to find out where to repair it...... Good luck!
