Your generator looks like its a single phase 6.5 kva. two things that a must with your machine. Make sure your machine is running at 52.5 hz and 230 volts to give it optimum loading capabilities

Make sure that the throttle linkage is all there and not damaged/misadjusted, then get a manometer and check your inlet gas pressure. Gas pressure should be 8 inches of water column and stay there running or not.

Sounds like fuel starvation, probably from a clogged fuel filter or dirty carburetor

Charge the battery and if that doesn't work you need to check the starter relay

If it worked before the main board was replaced it is pretty darn likely the problem is one the repair created, go old fashioned common sense tells me this. Call the repair company and discuss it with them, if they refuse contact the manufacturer customer service and apply some pressure

Is on/off switch in "on" position - set choke? fill with gas? Is switch on gas line to carb in "on" position. If does not start then you either have a spark or fuel delivery issue and you need to trouble shoot the various systems. Ig as was left in carb last time used, it is possible that the gas jelled and clogged up the carb and now the latter needs cleaning/overhaul.

Sounds like the voltage regulator is not functioning properly.
