Does it have batteries mine beep when batteries are low this way if electricty goes out they still work

This question was posted a long time ago, but no one answered it correctly. If you put the wire in backward, look on the end of where the wire was inserted. You made have to move the fabric to see it. There are holes. Use something to push in the metal piece that is showing as you pull out each side of the wire. I used a house key to push in the button while I removed the wire.

You would need to contact Graco, but I would think yes it is.
