How can I improve the fender brake on a Knowped, especially for wet conditions?

Why don't you google adding a brake to a know ped - bet you will get some nice re- neck adapter that will solve your dilemma. Have you seen their re-neck retread for lawnmower? LOL -------- Does work!

When I put it on blocks it starts just fine , then when I set it on the ground it won't start and feels as if its tring to pull away from me, What could be causing the starting issue?

You need to start it in neutral. For some reason it is in gear while trying to start it. You cannot start it while it is in gear.

I have a ESR 750ex,

Your battery seems to have been ran dead and is not able to be charged anymore. You will have to purchase a new battery.

sounds like a loss of vacume check the gasgets for cracks and seal them or buy new ones

Im trying to change the spindle but i cant figure

inside the spindle is a bolt its an alen head unscrew completely and then take a hammer lightly tap the base of the spindle and it should pop right
