Take a close look at the connectors and wiring from the injectors to the computer.Check for a short in the wiring to ground which would cause excessive fuel flow through the injector as this would turn on the injector on the driver side of the wiring.

Check the switching valve to see if it is working correctly. It could be a bad valve or switch. Also check the fuse. If it is bad, the fuel valve will not switch tanks.

A bad master switch can do that, remove the switch from the drivers door and check for power and ground at the switch if OK replace the switch. I hope this helps. Take care.
