first i have to know your location. but this model of armani watch strap is can be replace by any brand of strap not only armani brand but if you like a armani strap brand, you have to order it at authorized retailer of armani watch. i hope this will help you.

Initially just change the battery and see what happens. Its a fashion watch so don't invest any further than a battery change IMHO.
