How to Know Online Batteries are Genuine?
it really depends on what the battery is for. If it's a well establish, reputable business then it will be listed as a genuine, or OEM part. If it's inexpensive and looks too good to be true, it usually is. Buying batteries from the manufacture, and getting an acceptable 3rd party battery can have huge price differences. For instance, If I buy a laptop battery from the manufacture, it's going to cost me usually $100 to $150 each, whereas if I get a really good quality 3rd party battery, it might only be $30 to $40 each. I've had 3rd party batteries that were every bit as good or better than OEM. Take the time to use a site that shows honest reviews, find a dealer that's had LOTS of reviews, and read them carefully, and it'll be easy to tell which are the good choices, and which probably aren't.
