i would like to share this information with you , when you are going to maintenance of some electrical equipments . then it must remember and follow its user manual instruction. wrong method can be harmful and dangour for you life.dont apply any unnessesory action.

Does the led light bulbs put out radiations
All energy that is within the electromagnetic spectrum can be defined as radiation since it 'radiates' from a source.
I think your asking if LED light bulbs put out 'harmful' radiation and the answer would be a 'qualified' no.
The light/photons coming from LED lights sold to consumers are not harmful at all, this type of energy does not pack enough energy to penetrate the skin.
There are LEDs that put out light in the 'infra-red' which can harm the retina, or UV which could cause a 'sunburn' but these are specialized for commercial/military applications such as telecommunications or night time surveillance, bio-detection.
Most people think of radiation as something coming from a radio-active device that carries enough energy to cause genetic mutation at the molecular level in cells, which quickly results in some type of cancer.
So if this is the concern, I'm confident there is nothing to worry about.
The only other possible concern is the type of PowerSupply used that 'steps-down' the AC to a voltage the LEDs can use.
Sometime these can be very noisy as they generate 'rf' (radiofrequecy) energy at a high frequency and sufficient energy as to impact other devices, especially radios,etc.

Unless you are measuring, I doubt you can feel any effects or hear them. What are the long term effects....jury is still out IMHO, other sources such as wifi hotspots, high-voltage power lines or even a cell phone carry more energy.
Other lifeforms like small animals and insects do not do well around this kind of energy, if you're a parent I can understand the concern on an infant...so more research would be warranted once you have specifics..
