Take the model number and the name of your machine and type that in to "Searspartsdirect" and you should get pictures/schematics that will help you with part numbers and descriptions.

Try this:
- Switch the circuit breaker for the oven to Off.
- Wait a full minute.
- Switch the circuit breaker back to On.
If those steps do not work to solve the problem, the problem could be caused by the micro-switch for the door lock assembly signaling to the oven control board that the door is locked. You will need to remove the door lock assembly cover. Before doing that, make sure the oven is unplugged from the electric outlet. You will need to pull the oven away from the wall.
Then, disconnect the door lock assembly wires from the micro-switch (make sure you note where the wires connect) so that the door lock assembly can be moved back to the open position.
Then plug the oven back into the electrical outlet or flip the circuit breaker to On. Test the oven to determine if it runs on broil or bake. If it does, the door latch assembly will need to be replaced.
If the oven still doesn't work and the control light continues to flash indicating the door is still "locked", then the electronic oven control will need replacing.

If you do not feel comfortable following the steps for removing door lock assembly and the subsequent steps, you will need to arrange for a repair technician to come to your home to determine what is wrong and make repairs.

Get everyone to spell their names to you, even if you know them already! If someone does not give you the answer you want ask (Nicely for the supervisor, and then for his supervisor, and so on! They do more than that for people who's warranty is over . I've had them call me to swap out some ones fridge on many occasions. I' pretty sure I can get you the stickers and have GE mail them to you! Mean while if you do not succeed Then send me the info.
