Just installed replacement glass top (from GE,original) and get Codes SE on the timer touchpoint.

That error comes from the touchpad, if it got wet, something boiled over on it, it is shorted etc.

Inner burner-- front right burner - does not heat up

you have either a bad switch or a bad element. If you plan on repairing this yourself, turn off the power to the unit BEFORE removing it from countertop. A continuity tester will be needed to properly test components. Nice Saturday morning homeowner project.

It takes several minutes for the igniter to light the GE cooktop burners.

Mike, do the flames look to be normal size once they do light or are they very small? You may have a bad regulator. The regulator is used to lower the incoming pressure to a safe level to prevent excessive flame size. It sounds as though the regulator is not working properly. However, if the flames are small or uneven levels, check the orifices directly below the caps or on the burner valves for any obstruction such as spillage or cleaner residues. You can replace the regulator with any brand that has a 1/2" in/out pipe thread. Most are available at a large hardware store.

We cleaned to cooktop and now the igniters don't work. the ciruit breaker won't reset and continues to trip

You are short circuiting the cooktop. Make sure no metal is touching the igniters. Check everything again, making sure everything is in place correctly. Also make sure it is fully dry.

I am aiming to convert my new Range to LP and the first instruction is to remove the storage drawer. It looks to me like it is riveted in. What do I need to do to remove it?

I would check closely to be sure, oftentimes small torx are used. If you need to replace rivets they should be drilled out with a cordless drill and small drill bit at the center of the rivet. You have to go all the way through and then the rivet flange should wedge itself on the drill bit as it passes through. You can replace the rivets will small (self tapping) sheet metal screws of the same hole size to close it back up later. Remember to follow the mfr's instructions precisely when converting from Natural Gas to LP. Check for leaks using soapy water and disconnect the igniter by unplugging the power cord until you are sure it isn't leaking anywhere.
