Where can i purchase a set screw for a Tiara Robe Hook?

I suggest you take the robe hook to your local hardware store and ask your question again. The term "setscrew" is a description of a type of bolt that is threaded all the way to the head. Using unfamiliar terminology can produce misunderstandings so it is better you show the item to an experienced person.

I need to know what is the distance between the fixing bolts to the wall due I already have the perforations holes done on the wall...others dimensions fit very well

The peroration holes should be the holes for the bolts. If you followed the instructions, the two perforation holes are nothing more than a pilot hole for the bolts or screws. If you are not sure of this answer, just measure the perforation holes (write down the distance, being sure to measure between center to center of the holes). Do the same on the unit itself. I bet they are exactly the same.***WARNING*** IF YOU ARE AFIXING ON A TILED WALL YOU MUST USE A CERTAIN DRILL BIT.***

The shelf uses two attachment bolts to fix it to the wall, so I need to know whats is the measure between this bolts in order to clarify whether this device matches the space I have available on my ba

This depends on which model you have, but here are two solutions for you.1. Your model should have come with instructions. Read the instructions to the point where they tell you the distance between the screws. As far as if your bathroom wall will be long enough measure it. If the space is wider than your model, you are GTG.
2. If you have a tape measure, just measure between the screws making sure you are in the center of each hole. That will be the width you will put the holes in your bathroom wall.***WARNING*** IF YOU ARE WANTING TO PLACE ON A TILE WALL, YOU MUST HAVE A CERTAIN TYPE OF DRILL BIT.***

How do I find the wall bracket to attached

conniesieber-

To locate wood framing in the wall you will need an electronic "stud-finder", which can detect the relative change in density of materials within the wall and will sound an alarm when those materials are encountered. However, the odds the framing is exactly where you want to hang the towel bar is slim. Another option is to use anchors - there are different types of anchors for drywall, for lath and plaster, and for tile/tileboard. There are anchors that will work for your specific application.

The folks at your local hardware store will make sure you get the right type of anchor. Then follow the instructions that come with the anchors and the towel bar.

If you need further instructions as you proceed, don't hesitate to reply to this message and I will try to answer your questions.

Hope this helps.

I don't know how to

I'm not 100% sure about this model, but I have a similar hook by another brand. Here's how mine is removed:

When you look at the hook, there's a small hole at the 6 o'clock position, (pointing down, right next to the wall.) This hole is actually a set screw that can be turned with a small hex-key (aka allen wrench)
thomascha103_7.jpg The size needed is pobably about 2 mm, or 1/16 in.

Turn the set screw counter-clockwise for a few turns to loosen the hook from the mounting bracket. When the set screw is backed out far enough, the hook will detach.
After he hook is removed, you'll be able to see the mounting bracket that is screwed into the wall. Remove the screws with a screwdriver, and take the mounting bracket with you. You'll need it to attach the hook to the new wall.

If there is no set screw or hole visible from any side, then your Gatco hook might be removed from the mounting bracket by twisting the entire hook counter-clockwise.

If anyone else out there has experience with this particular brand, please chime in and correct me if I'm wrong.

I hope I've been helpful. Good luck.

HOLDER SEPARATED FROM WALL. DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET

There is probably a hex-head set screw on the bottom. If so, unscrew and that should allow access to mounting screws.

The towel bar just fell apart. The wall mounts

The part that holds the bar up should either have a screw in the bottom to tighten up against the wall bracket or a hole to access a scew and turn the screw out to tighten to the wall bracket
