Called Flash Codes. First try turning off everything at the breaker for at least 2 hours and preferably overnight. Turn back on and wait 15 minutes for self test to complete.

The Fujitsu fi-6800 hopper (to stack items to be scanned) is in the front of the unit. When the hopper is closed, you need to press the middle upper section of the hopper. Then bring down the hopper (towards you and the table top) while supporting the hopper with your hand. Adjust the hopper extension as needed. This is shown on page 19 of the Operator's Guide, available at https://www.fujitsu.com/downloads/COMP/fcpa/scanners/fi-6800_ops-guide.pdf .
I hope this helps. Keeping the fi-6800 hopper closed when it is not in use reduces the space needed to store the image scanner.

I have found that with my Fujitsu Halcyon, it needs to be disconnected from the mains at the breaker for 2 hours to properly reset. Use that time to clean the filters in the wall unit. The clicking you hear is self testing of relays.
Question edited for proper spelling of maker name and better English.
Question moved to Fujitsu category.
No model, service tag details given, so generic help.

I have the same unit. The drain line will be outside and is linked to the condensate drain on the outside refrigeration unit. It will be a black plastic or clear polythene tube a half inch in diameter. The bottom is probably blocked. A tech may be able to do it from the inside by blowing compressed Nitrogen gas down the drain. The case obviously has to come off which should be a quick job just 7 screws according to the video help.

Try this first
Disconnect from the mains.
Remove the Laptop battery.
Wait 30 minutes.
Press and hold the On button for 2 full minutes.
Replace the battery and boot up.
But I fear that the screen inverter has failed. It provides the power to light the screen.

The F4:C2 error on your scanners indicates that there is a problem with the background changeover unit, specifically with the black and white (BW) servo motor. It sounds like you have already done some troubleshooting and found that the motor is operating correctly and the changeover flaps and lamps are also working fine. However, the problem seems to be with the scanner's control system not recognizing the correct position of the flaps and continuing to try to move them, causing the gears to slip and the error to occur.
Here are a few additional suggestions for troubleshooting the issue:
Check the sensor that detects the position of the changeover flaps and ensure that it is clean and properly connected.
Check the control board or main board of the scanner for any signs of damage or wear and check all the connectors.
Try to re-flash or update the firmware of the scanner.
If the problem persists, try replacing the control board or the main board of the scanner.
I think that is Clean Filter error. Lift up the flap and slide it out. Wash it and put it back. The other thing I found with mine is that turning it off at the breaker for 2 hours, fixes most issues.
The error code 2F00 indicates a problem with the indoor unit's microcomputer. It could be caused by a malfunction in the microcomputer or the communication error between the indoor and outdoor units.
