Give the drum a spin to see if it's bound up. If no resistance, it could be that the drive belt snapped.

Most likely suspension parts related. Maybe a bearing or spider arm.

On occasion, the manufacturer will in include paperwork inside of the back. You would have to remove the rear cover or panels.

You probably have a broken door (or lid) switch. You will need to replace it, as they are usually cheap plastic, easily broken, and not too hard to replace. God bless your efforts.

This sounds like a similar fault I repaired on a Fisher Paykell top loader smart drive. It would fill up, start it's wash cycle (you'd hear the engine turn back and forth ) and a second later stop. It turned out that a position sensor on the motor had failed due to a small water leak. I'm unable to find the motor for your model of Frigidaire to see if there is a similar sensor or pick up module though.

Any error codes? Drain pump may be blocked.

I just had the same E90 code with my "good model" Frigidaire washer. It beeps 9 times, then pauses and repeats. Nothing worked as far as resetting, unplugging,etc. HOWEVER, I saw this guy's video and his "hairdryer technique" worked perfectly.

I took it a step further by not only removing the two screws from the back of washer and the top cover, but also removing the front panel w/buttons by taking off two scews in front top corners and three scews inside the detergent drawer (take drawer out first). I moved the hairdryer back and forth over all the wire harnesses for about a minute, plugged it back in and it beeped once like normal. Put it all back together and it's running a load of wash now!! Good luck.

I don't understand SHANE circuit board. IF you replaced the board, it has been upgraded and you need to order a new wiring harness for it. Please post the model number

The E11 error code indicates a problem with the gas sensor DE32-60011A and or the wire harness DE39-40678D. Unfortunately the manufacturer has discontinued the sensor. You may want to try contacting local parts dealers, one of them might still have it in stock. Enter your part number in a search engine, a smaller company might have it or try eBay, Amazon or similar sites . Search by using the manufacturers part number. Try a used appliance store, sometimes they have the same model or a usable part for your machine.

ok then the problem is much worse if the unit is belt driven and the motor can be heard still spinning you need a new belt installed about $150 plus otherwise if it is direct drive with no belt bad motor is the issue usually cost around $250 installed

Sometimes if you unplug it from the wall outlet for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and let it go through a fresh startup cycle then it refreshes and resets itself and may unlock switch.

Then I strongly suggest you hire a repair tech.
