F29 on all Frigidaire ranges means there is a communication error between the oven user interface and the touch panel. The control can't do the initial communication. This could be related to a wiring problem or a problem with the touch panel or the oven user interface board. Turn off the power to the range for 30 seconds to clear the code. If it returns, check that the wiring harness is fully seated. Check the wires for continuity and make sure that there is no corrosion on any of the pins. If the error repeats, replace the touch panel. If the error still persists, then replace the user interface board. Please add a comment with the model of the range for a parts list/diagram. The compressor or other electrical components have quit working. Or there has been ice that has accumulated over the coils. Or the wiring is faulty or the plugs could be loose. The cord could be frayed.You will need to have the while model to be either repaired or replaced.

I was doing a search for infor on how to clean my affinity front load washer, and came across this infor and this did not work for me either, but when I turned my dial to rinse and spin then hit clean the clean option appeared.

If the door seal is that bad that it is letting all of the cold out. Put the duct tape on the left, right and bottom edges. Just enough pressure to seal.

This is caused by a blocked defrost drain. The defrost cycle is normally overnight and the condensate that is defrosted from the evaporator fins is supposed to drain into a pan near the compressor where it evaporates. Look on the external and internal rear of the unit for a pipe and a u-bend.

Try unplugging the unit for 5 full minutes, then plug back in and try resetting the filter light.

Hi, please make sure that there is a pot or pan on the stove top when you start it. It might be locking as a safety mechanism if it doesn't sense an object ready to be heated. Otherwise, please refer to the troubleshooting section of you manual to help turn off the locking mechanism. Thank you.

If you have been using the self clean feature, you have probably burned out or damaged the connections to the fan and the convection fan element or thermistor. The control panel lock is engaged. This keeps the dryer from being turned on by accident while cleaning the panel (or by a small child). There should be a line with a padlock symbol between two buttons on the control panel indicating the ones to press and hold to toggle the lock feature. On some Frigidaire dryers, the buttons to press and hold are Options and Select. You need to hold the buttons for 10+ seconds. The LOC message should disappear when you have held the buttons for long enough. However, if you do not release the buttons, the lock will toggle back on. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

Try power cycling it. Disconnect from the mains supply for 5 minutes and plug back in. Try again. If that doesn't fix it, you need a service call.

Good Afternoon James, I appreciate your post! Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire range will not bake or broil but the cooktop is working properly. This could be a potential issue with your control panel or elements. Week in and week out we see tales of woe where the door won't open, fans have burned out, elements have failed and even one poor gent who had a melted control board on a stove that there were no parts available. Self cleaning ovens which although seem a great idea, supply a steady parts income stream for the maker and revenue for repairers to come and fix. Had this problem and called customer service and they had no idea. Turns out it's an alert that the suspense is jammed (DISP). Clear it out with your hand and you should be good to go. I figured this out after my kitchen was full of puddles when I got home from work.

Run more water. The cloudiness is just air from the filter membranes. If you put the water in a glass it should clear in 5 to 10 minutes.
