Evaporator coils should have uniform frost pattern over whole coil. If there is a block of ice only at top, your unit most likely has a freon leak and is low on freon. If whole evaporator coil is a block of ice, then it’s a defrost problem.

The most likely cause on an electric range is a bad connection on an element, but this unit is gas. It does have a fan assisted oven and a burned out fan is the most likely reason.

The outer cover has to be removed for access. Be aware that removal of that cover exposes you to dangerous, even lethal voltages even with primary power disconnected.

The fan should run with the closed door switch. If you can get to it, does it freely spin? It was correctly reconnected when changed? You did check Voltage on motor? If it is there and motor doe not run, yes it would be bad. Diconected motor can be checked with Ohm meter setting, it should show a circuit.

Refrigerant oil leak perhaps. You don’t want to breath that stuff in your home. Need to call licensed technician for inspection or repair. Could also be an old item in your fridge or freezer. Check that in detail before you call the service man.

f14 Looks like a keypad problem.
First remove power for 10 minutes or so and then give it a try. This may reset the board.
If this does nothing.
Disconnect the unit from power, unplug the keypad at the control board and clean the connectors then reconnect it and give it a try.
Use electronics cleaner or isopropyl alcohol and a tooth brush to clean them. Just make sure all the solvent has evaporated before reconnecting.
If the ribbon cable is the type where just the insulation is removed (no connector) the contacts can be cleaned with a pencil eraser. Do not use an ink eraser as iit is too abrasive.
If this does nothing
Check it with a meter as shown in the tech sheet to confirm it is shot.
If it is OK then the problem is probably on the control board itself. __________________

We don’t know your capabilities. I do know there are components inside a microwave, that if not handled properly, can kill you. I’d call a technician or replace it.
