On this model, the 20A line fuse is located on the small noise filter circuit board. The filter may not be visible when the grille is removed (see removal video here:

If the filter is not visible with the grille off, you will need to remove the oven from the wall and remove the outer cover.

If your microwave is "dead" (no display, no beeps when you press the keys, no inside light when the door is open) then you should first check the outlet under load," and the best way to do that is with a toaster or hair dryer.

If the outlet is good, then it may be a fuse, the magnetron temperature fuse, the oven thermal cutout, the control board, or a bad connection somewhere involving the above parts.

You can find helful exploded views and order parts affordably here: Your support page for this model is here: where you can downlaod your manual and - if needed - installation instructions.

This is usually caused by a clogged drain hose. Blow air thru it from the back to clear the clog. Good luck, hope this helps. Also make sure door seals are good and doors are closing properly.

I suggest you lift off the burner ring and ensure there is no foreign matter in the area of the igniter. Observe whether the is a spark when you press the button to light the gas. It is possible that the ignition plug has failed, therefor you will need to purchse a replacement.

1.Try disconnecting the electricity for 20 seconds, shut off the breaker in the breaker box to the oven. Then restoring it.
2.Try setting the oven into clean and starting it. Wait 30 seconds and cancel clean. Sometimes one of these methods work.
Best to you

Did you remove the locking bolts from the back of the drum? If you did and it's a new machine, contact he retailer for warranty. If not, probably the belt shot loose from the drum and it means you have to disassemble the entire machine to fix it.

HI error means unit has detected temps are too high in either fridge or freezer. Since you’ve already unplugged it and code came back, you’ll have to determine what’s causing the temperature problems

The fuse for this model is located on a small filter circuit board located just behind the grill.

I have a video at my site which shows you how to remove the grill (and controller assembly if necessary) on a typical over the range microwave oven.

See and feel free to contact me directly through there if you have additional questions.

The support page for your microwave is here, and you can download the wiring diagram there.
