The Frigidaire AEQ8000FE electric dryer is displaying the 50 and start/stop lights blinking randomly with periodic beeping. Pressing the control panel clears the issue, but it returns after a few minutes. Despite this issue, the dryer is working properly.
Based on the information provided, it seems like there may have been a problem with the oven's thermostat or temperature sensor. It's possible that these components malfunctioned, causing the oven to continue heating beyond the set temperature.
Since the issue seems to have resolved itself and the oven is currently functioning properly, it's difficult to determine the exact cause of the problem. However, if the issue occurs again, it's important to have a professional technician inspect and repair the oven to ensure that it operates safely and efficiently.
Intermittent issues can be difficult to diagnose and can potentially be dangerous, so it's important to take any signs of malfunction seriously and address them promptly.
Based on the symptoms you described, it's likely that there is an issue with the heating element or thermostat in your Frigidaire dishwasher. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check the heating element: The heating element is responsible for heating the water during the wash cycle and drying the dishes at the end of the cycle. If the element is faulty, the dishwasher may stop mid-cycle and display the flashing lights you described. Use a multimeter to test the continuity of the heating element. If there is no continuity, the heating element needs to be replaced.
Check the thermostat: The thermostat is a safety device that prevents the dishwasher from overheating. If the thermostat is faulty, it may shut off the heating element prematurely, causing the dishwasher to stop mid-cycle. Test the thermostat using a multimeter. If it's not functioning properly, it needs to be replaced.
Check the control board: If the heating element and thermostat are functioning properly, there may be an issue with the dishwasher's control board. A faulty control board can cause various issues, including the flashing lights you described. If this is the case, you may need to replace the control board.
If you're not comfortable performing these troubleshooting steps yourself, it's best to contact a qualified technician to diagnose and repair the issue.
They should not wobble a lot. They have to be able to spin, but should not have a lot of lateral movement. See if you can remove the spray arm and clean out all the spray jets. If some are blocked at one side it causes the arm to not spin true and flat. It spin with one side high and one side low. The other problem may be incorrect loading of dishes.

Yes, very often they make one wiring harness to cover a number of models in the series, which means you have redundant wires. If everything works, don't worry.
One trick is that permanently connected wires sort of set in place and naturally reach out towards where they were connected. also, a wire will only fit things within reach within an arc.
Error Code: F3
Solution: The oven temperature sensor may be failing or defective. First, check sensor harness and harness connection between oven sensor and oven control to see if there is an issue with loose wires or visible damage to the wiring, such as a burnt wire.Sep 1, 2018
Hello Megan Quintas,
I have had the bottoms of the Frigidaire DISHWASHER rotted out AND their center-shaft NEVER LOST IT'S vertical alignment...
So my personal opinion...
You are good once you replace your defective spray arm..
Put your model+make+spray+arm
or better yet the ORIGINAL PART NUMBER to get three estimates...
Good luck, happy hunting!!

The Problem: There is a membrane switch failure, meaning one of the keys is throwing the wrong signal. This error can also be caused by a stuck key or a key pressed for longer than one minute.
The Fix: Check the keys on the control panel and the wiring between the keypad and main control board. If you cannot identify and fix the issue, replace the keypad. If the error persists, replacing the main control board should fix the issue.
The loud, constant squeak/squeal from your Frigidaire dryer, combined with a burning smell, indicates a serious problem that needs to be addressed. While replacing the drum bearing kit was a good step, it appears that there may be other issues at play.
One possible cause of the squeaking could be a worn or damaged drive belt or idler pulley. If the idler pulley spring came off, it is possible that the belt is not properly tensioned and may be slipping or rubbing against the drum, causing the squeaking noise. Additionally, a slipping belt can generate a burning smell as it heats up from the friction.
Another possible cause of the burning smell could be a malfunctioning heating element, which may be overheating the dryer and causing the burning odor.
It is recommended that you stop using the dryer immediately and unplug it from the power source. It is not safe to continue using a dryer that is producing a burning smell.
Good Morning Friend,
I understand you want to know how to install an ice maker on your Frigidaire refrigerator. Typically, this is not a do it yourself job, as there are no step by step instruction manuals. I suggest contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. They have been trained on your appliance and should be able to install the ice maker with ease. Hope this is helpful.
