Hello Maureen, thank you for your post! I see that your Frigidaire range is currently displaying door lock engaged except the door is open. The best way to release the door lock is to hold down the cancel button for at least ten seconds. If that does not help release the door lock I would suggest disconnecting power from your range for at least ten minutes. The circuit breaker outside in the power panel for the stove has a bad breaker. It will be two breakers with their handles joined together by a pin so if one tripe it takes the other so 220 V is no longer present. When one, but not the other trips you only have 110 V. That's why the lights and clock still work but no heating elements.

Hello. You have a serious problem--that error code means L1 or L2(the 120v supply wires) may be shorted with the neutral on the incoming power supply. TURN OFF THE POWER!! Check the wiring at the terminal block. The neutral is the center post. L1 is usually black and L2 is usually red. The F68 and/or F69 error means high voltage or the above-mentioned condition. Once you have verified there is no incorrect polarity or voltage condition, then the main oven control board must be replaced. The part number you might need is 316562011. I hope I helped you!

according to your model #, Your door latch is no longer available. the only way you can get your door to close completely, is to have the door latch removed. You won't ever be able to use the cleaning cycle, but you can still cook with it!

sounds like you're on the right track. Should work just fine after you replace the element. If it doesn't, order the electronic oven control and the overlay. without the overlay, you won't know what buttons to push

Things to check : Thermostat, heating element and the circuit breaker for the stove at the power panel. If the stove has lights and the clock works, there is a 100 % chance the circuit breaker is at fault. There are 2 breakers with joined trip handles. One of those breakers has tripped without tripping the other which stops 20 volts but not 120 volts that the clock and light run off of. You can use a multimeter to check the element for continuity. If there is continuity then check for the presence of voltage at the element terminals. None indicates a bad thermostat.
