Where is the temperature control knob on Frigidaire upright freezer model #CFFH17F1RW

The temperature control is located inside the freezer on upright models, and onthe left outside wall on chest models. The temperature is factory preset to providesatisfactory food storage temperatures.

However, the temperature control is adjustable to provide a range of temperatures for your personal satisfaction. If acolder temperature is desired, turn the temperature control knob toward COLD-EST and allow several hours for temperatures to stabilize between adjustments

I have a Frigidaire upright freezer it runs but only blowing hot air. Is there a reset button

Freezers expel warm air. There should be no 'blowing' inside. If it is expelling warm air, then it is working fine, eventually the expelled air should get cooler and cooler.

How to turn quick freeze feature off (yellow light) on older Frigidaire chest freezer

That yellow light on sonne older modelks is just showingbtge power is on. I never heard of a chest freezer having a "quick freeze" feature. This feature would also require forced air cooling and auto defrost. If the walls get frost on ghr m t hen Im betting that is ju st a power light although it may say freeze or something else like that. Its just so when you see the yrllow light you know there is power.

Why is the temperature alarm light on, on my freezer Model# FFU21M8CW?

Good Afternoon Friend, I understand that the temperature alarm light is on for your Frigidaire freezer, model# FFU21M8CW. This feature is designed to provide a warning of a possible malfunction. If the temperature of the food rises to a level unsafe for long-term storage, the buzzer will sound. The red light, if equipped, will also glow. The Temp Alarm feature operates on household electricity. If power fails, the alarm will not function. An ON/OFF switch allows you to deactivate the Temp Alarm when not wanted. Your freezer is shipped with the Temp Alarm in the OFF position. After your freezer has run approximately 4 hours, the red light, if equipped, will go off. Then you may activate the Temp Alarm without the alarm sounding. Press the ON switch to activate the Temp Alarm. To deactivate, press the OFF switch. If the alarm sounds, be sure freezer is properly leveled, and the door closes freely, and seals properly. If you suspect a technical malfunction, call an authorized servicer immediately. Hope this is helpful. -Best Regards- WP

Frigidaire upright freezer not freezing bottom shelves and door. Unit is manual defrost and about 15 yrs old.

If Door seals are sealing properly, it’s probably a freon or compressor related problem
