When in use, my dishwasher
Some dishwasher noises are normal, like the hiss of water rushing through the water inlet fill valve, or the hum of the pump motor, or the slosh of water. But if your dishwasher is making strange sounds or is unusually loud, it's time to investigate. A thumping noise could be the drain line vibrating against the cabinet; a grinding noise could be caused by a popcorn kernel being stuck in the chopper blade area of the dishwasher.
The CL is normally indicated child lock has been activated.
Dishes typically dry by the end of the dishwashing cycle, with one exception-plastic items. Because plastic doesn't retain heat like glass, ceramic and metal do, you'll almost always see drops of water on plastic items after the cycle finishes. Rinse aid helps water drain off all dishes so they dry better. Make sure that you fill that rinse aid dispenser when it's empty. A heated dry setting also is an option to enhance drying. You may have this option turned off to save energy, but if your dishes aren't drying as well as you'd like them to, you might want to consider turning it back on. Consult your owner's manual and select the cycle options that fit your needs and your energy usage goals. If your dishes don't get dry even though you've selected the heated drying option, then the heating element could be broken or the high-limit thermostat for the element may have tripped in error, preventing the element from heating. A malfunctioning vent or drying fan could also prevent dishes from drying. Check out this troubleshooting video that could help you correct a drying problem:

Frigidaire dishwasher new won't go through cycles
Sound as if you need an electrician to make certain that the unit is wired correctly to a circuit that will carry its electrical load.
As it is new, a service call could be in order under the warranty to ascertain if you have a lemon.

Heating element stays on after washing ends
This is a serious issue that you should notify the manufacturer about and also the CPSC. With that aside, you need the repair manual and it is not free. You can order it online though. There is a high limit thermostat installed in the unit. That thermostat is supposed to stop any damage from overheating. The reason that it is overheating is due to a relay sticking shut. If you don't by the manual, you need to remove the unit from under the counter so you can trace wires. Get the color of the wires from the heating element and trace them back to the relay. It is possible the relay is mounted on a control board and those boards are not cheap and when I checked, they are not in stock either.
Every few washes, we get
I think you have hard water. I needed to clean down deep in my pump and use a good brand soap. It gets a food "paper" and needs cleaned out.

Hello, I have a Frigidaire Dishwasher, model
On the drain hose at the connection to the dishwasher there is a one way check valve. If debris has gotten trapped water will drain back into the dishwasher at the end of cycle
Hope this helps.
Remove the connection and clear.
