I believe a local watch repairer will replace the battery for around 5$ that should include the battery, depends on the person.

Generally the battery is replaced by opening the back cover of the watch, in some cases special tools might be required.

It is likely that the battery is almost dead.

Take your watch to your nearest watch shop and ask them to do it for you.

You can get into difficulty replacing batteries and it is not worth the risk for the small cost saving in doing it yourself.

Freestyle wants you to ship your watch to their repair center and for a fee plus return postage, they will reset your watch to get out of "TEST" mode. Open the case. Replace the battery (s). You might need a magnifying glass, but look at the PC board carefully. There is printing labeled TEST and RESET. Next to RESET are two solder dots. I straightened out a paperclip into a U shape and carefully, momentarily, made contact with the two dots. My watch works and just needs to be set. You can do this.

press mode 3 times to get to time set. then press reset to choose (hour, minute, seconds, day, month, date) and press start to change them. press mode again when finished.
