Water doesn;t stop
I don't know a lot about this machine but it could be that the water inlet value is not working correctly

Fim200a does not make the cubes large enough
If you just started having this problem now and it was making the right size ice before then i would first look at cleaning the ice machine including the condenser coil. second thing make sure that the water inlet valve is not seeping water by when it is in freeze mode just a little warmer water will cause it to not make good ice and a longer freeze time. last thing would be to adjust the I.S.Adjust: Ice size adjustment on the control board. Turn screw clockwise, and the size of individual ice cubes will be larger in the next cycle; the cycle time will be longer. Turn the screw counter-clockwise, and the ice will be smaller in the next cycle. only do this if every thing ealse checks out good.

Machine runs cold water but will not make ice,
Check the condenser coil to make sure it is cleaned out, also make sure the condenser fan is no dropping out. Next check to make sure the water fill valve is not seeping water past into the sump tray if so than it will not freeze, Water will get cold but not cold enough to freeze check water temp in sump tray with a thermometer to make sure it is getting down to 32 deg.

I have an everstar hdwc35,
It is a faulty thermostat not the control board An open thermostat defaults to a high value,
so it does not shut off. If it was a bad compressor, or low in freon,
it would not "get ice cold". If it is low on freon, the low pressure
switch would not let it start up.
The defrost timer either runs normally (cycles on and off cold) or is in
defrost mode (heater elements turn on to temporarily heat the freezer
in order to remove frost). Anyway, It is not the defrost timer if it
"gets icy cold".

Hdbc36id wont get cold
Sounds like the cold control has stuck . Unplug the two wires from the cold control and plug them together. Turn one wire over and plug it into the other. away from the cold control.
The cold control is the knob in the ref that turns it on and off and has numbers on it.
If it runs then that cold control is the problem.
If this doesn't work Do this
That is probably the compressor relay or cold control (Thermostat
The relay is on the compressor and needs replaced
A relay starts the compressor with a higher voltage and then quickly kicks out
Thats what is happening with yours
Its best for a tech to replace The relay but you can do it
Take your model number to your Local Appliance parts store they will have a diagram
showing you how to install the relay. Its called a hard start relay
also try hooking the two wires together on the cold control to route around the cold control.
Thank you for using fixya

How do you move a
If possible any refrigerator should be moved in the upright position. The reason for keeping it up right is so that you do not get system oil in the freon drier. If you absolutely have to move it in a horizontal position DO NOT start the unit for about 2 hours so that any oil that migrated into the coolant plumbing and freon drier will gravity drain back into the compressor. If possible position the unit so that the freon drier is above the compressor when the unit is horizontal. The freon drier will have a capillary tube and 2 copper lines on it.
Thanks for choosing FixYa,

The Wine cooler temperature alarm
The problem you face is during the defrost period. Now one posibility is that the temperature during this period is increasing higher than the set one and this mean the defrost sensor need to be replaced or the complete thermostat is the problem thus you need a new one.
The second opion is again due to the themostat mulfaction with sensor the tempreruture that it reads is wrong so it need again anew thermostat.
However if you need a practical solution to temorary solved the bazzer problem and since the cooler temeprature is ok and it cools normal then you have one option to just desconect-cut the one of the two wires going to the alarm buzzeer thus with this the buzzer will mute. However in this case you should check often the temperatures visualy since now you will not have any alarm.

Fans run compressor get hot
Its hard to say for sure, but, either it is out of refrigerant or the valves in the compressor are bad.
It the compressor may also be seized. If its hot, but you don't hear it running it's locked up. Hit the compressor with a hammer while its plugged in...(seriously). If it starts run, it's probably going to lock up again and you should see about getting it replaced.
