needs the system cleaning, there are plenty of cleaners on the market or you can use a vinegar mix. this will clean out the system 3 parts vinegar to one part water and flush this though the system as you would normally use it, white vinegar would be best, leave for half an hour in the system and then flush out with water a few times till clear and no vinegar smell.

hi , sounds like the dump valve solenoid has failed or the valve on the base of the brewer has failed probably stuck,.which is the more likely culprit. let me know if you require more in depth help. its not a problem that can be resolved by a novice.

first you need to shut down the machine by pressing the on/off button in the frontpanel. now you can press the decalcify-button on the frontpanel. Follow instructions on display.

The water tank has a float magnet in the left hand side of the tank. A reed switch is mounted inside the machines right hand panel which senses if the tank is empty. If you remove the tank and fill with water and the display indicates fill tank. The sensor may have failed. Or the float has stuck in the down possition.If the display indicated filll sytem and or rinse. Then the sensor is fine. The next stage is to try rinsing . If it keeps saying filll system or rinse then there may be a blockage in the tank. Or the flow meters have failed. This is assuming water is being dispensed from the water arm etc . If no water is being dispensed and this time assuming you can hear the pumps running. Then there possibly be a blockage in a thermoblock. I could go on for ever guessiing based on the info you discribed. If any more info is required please say

i dont think you can by pass. the best you can do is to search for an 'install-card' (google)

the installation number in normaly the serialnumber. you can find this behind the door of the coffee-outlet or behind the door of the brewing-group.

you have to open the back panel by using an 'oval-bit'. there are 3 screws on the backpanel, 2 at the bottom and 1 in the middle. after you have unscrewed them you can slide the side panels to the back and they will come lose.

often this problem occurs by a bad contact in the fuse holder on the powerboard, or a bad connection in the flatcable that connects the powerboard to the cpu-board.
