Front or Rear?

You need to trace out the wiring. Best to use a ford shop manual. You can buy one cheap on eBay in a DVD format.

I would use a Ball Joint Press from OTC tools.

If you can get it apart, use a retreading die. Matco make a good set.

What is a PVR?

Depends of the Make and Model. Sometimes stamped on a machined pad near where a distributor would attach.

The anti theft usually only comes on if you try to start it with the wrong key or with a key that has a bad chip in it.

Have you tried adding more fuel?

EBay sells them for a good price.

The only thing you can do is to find a shop with a good scan tool like a factory scan tool and then you can disable them.

If you can reagust the reverse band it may be ok but you will need to find the nut to do it ,or go to a good trans man to do it.

Hello, Sound like it could be a belt or a bad pulley easy way to check if it's a belt take a water bottle and spray a fine mist of water on your belts if the noise goes away it's a belt if not then it's a bad pulley. Hope this helps.
