Remove the app completely and then try to download it again. Set the phone to NOT do automatic updates or the same will happen again. Also if you have any app's not used or not needed uninstall them to free up storage space or lastly buy a newer phone with more storage and memory space.

Hi there, have you tried a different player like MX player or vlc? If you don't have them installed, you can download them from the play store. If your files don't play on any other player then the problem is with your downloaded files. If they work on one of the other players then the problem is with your android player. May need to be updated or it may not support the file type of your downloaded files. MX and vlc support pretty much every file type, so if your files don't work on them, then they didn't download properly or are corrupt. Hope this helps.

You can try using the RCA connections as it sounds as if hdmi is switched off.this will be the yellow plug into a scart socket adapter. if you are still having connection issues try a different hdmi cable and or reset the box using a paperclip near to USB sockets.

Hello there is a secondary screen you can buy on amazon, or eBay for about 5 dollars. Applying it is simpler than you think. All you need to do is take off the base frame of the phone and replace the screens. Then put back the base frame. Taking off the base frame is simple all you need to do is find tiny screws located inside the battery department. Then you put back the base frame and your good. No need for a professional, no need to buy a new phone, no need for anything but satisfactory that you did this yourself and can help others for cheaper. Hope this helps =D

Mostly you can hard reset the android device by turning it off. Then press the power button while holding the volume down key this will provide you the menu where you can reset the Tablet to factory setting scroll down with the volume key and choose by pressing the power key. Note Make sure that the Tablet is charged enogh while performing these funtions.
