Question edited for clarity and correct form of year make model.
Question moved to model category, albeit wrong year.
You mean apart from being 35 years old and probably only used a few times in the summer :>D I am a bit concerned that you said 'no GAS coming through'. I think this is a diesel vehicle, in which case it has two pumps, one in the tank and one in the engine.
Help here, and the RV forums as a great resource.

Greetings,
The manual did not seem to be on the Fleetwoodrv website so it might be best to call their parent company (revgroup) and ask them to email you the manual directly. Their phone number is 262.957.4594.
Thank you.
Many times the breaker box for the RV is located under the bed mattress and the fuse box for the truck part is under the drivers side of the dash and under the hood.
The flashing overdrive button is most likely indicating a problem with the transmission control system. It could be a malfunction in the electronic shift solenoid or a problem with the transmission control module. I recommend having the vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic or transmission specialist to diagnose and fix the issue.
A flashing overdrive button is a warning sign that something is not right with the transmission. If the transmission is shifting normally, it may still be safe to drive the vehicle, but it's best to have the problem addressed as soon as possible to prevent further damage to the transmission or other related components. Some common causes of a flashing overdrive button include a failing shift solenoid, low fluid levels, or a problem with the transmission control module. A diagnostic scan of the vehicle's onboard computer system can often provide further insight into what is causing the issue. Again, it's recommended to have the vehicle inspected by a professional to determine the root cause and ensure a proper repair.
Tells me nothing. It could be the ebrake is on. The air filter is clogged. How about its out of gas. Need more info. When it happens if it just started. Have you had any issues before this.
call in a electrician as the automatic controller that separates battery power from shore power is not reverting back to battery power when the lead is disconnected
