There is a small drain hole in the bottom of the dispenser. Most likely it is blocked. Try a toothpick or similar to unblock it.

probably faulty transducer located as art of the main computer board

i would say its one of the boards usually the main motorcontroller

this sounds like a common problem its a fault code 130 whic means most often its the R.P.S or full name rotary position sensoner located at the bottom under the big plastic cover,will haveeither corrosion on the contacts or needs replacing altogether
