Pet food in tins, technically doesn't have a Use By Date, but it does have a Best Before Date. You can find it printed on the bottom of the tin, it will look like this- BBD : 221015 23:02 (which translates to Best Before the 22nd Oct 2015) I believe the 24hr time stamp is relative to the production of the tin, not the BBD.

Cats will sort themselves out, with mothers and litters. The kittens will all play together. They do play fight as practice for being in the wild. Make sure you get the females spayed. Local organizations will probably help you with the cost. I fixed spelling and punctuation :>)

Maybe it was not made or designed to be used as a water dish for pets then. Or it could be a bad pet dish that you had purchased and you should return it and get your money back.

The cat will be fine as long as the meat is ok. Cats actually like raw chicken and many people feed their cats almost entirely with it.

I re-roped my scratching post. Get 3/8 sisal rope. The hardest part was getting the post off the base and wrapping the rope tight. You will need a staple gun. Round staples are best but I think you can work with flat ones. Only use them at the ends and bury them well.

It's probably sneezing sickness. If that's the case, you have a high chance that they won't survice a few extra months. It's extremely dangerous and contagious to other cats! Please bring them to the vet before they die!

I think you shouldn't move on , because cat is the most cutie's pet you should have. So just happy with it

If he is going #2 outside the box, trying putting it in the box uncovered. See if he will get the idea. Or try 2 litter boxes with different kinds of litter. Scoopable litter seems to be good for most cats.

Eyes are serious and tricky. You could VERY GENTLY bathe the eye with plain clean warm water. Wiping gently downwards gently making the eyelid close. Then all you can do is leave it up to the cat to apply its own saliva to the injured eye. They do have a form of antisceptic in their salivary glands. Just keep a close watch and GENTLY wipe away any pus that forms or if the eye sticks shut, with warm water and a cotton ball. I am sorry you can't take your cat to the Vet, times are hard right now.
