Found on Cron website: “ 1. Navigate your browser to YouTube's upload page.
2. Scroll down to the page's Activity Sharing section. This section contains buttons that link your YouTube channel with your Orkut, Twitter and Facebook accounts.
3. Click the Facebook link to open a new Facebook window. The new window prompts you to "Log in to use your Facebook account with YouTube."
4. Enter your Facebook email address and password. Click "Log in." The Facebook window closes, and the YouTube window's Sharing Activity section now states that your YouTube account is linked with your Facebook account.
Tip

If you are already logged into Facebook, the accounts will merge as soon as you click the Facebook link in Step 3.”

To backup all your Facebook Messenger conversations, follow these steps:

1. Open the Facebook Messenger app on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Tap on your profile picture or the three-line icon in the top left corner.
3. Select "Settings".
4. Scroll down and select "Privacy".
5. Tap on "Download Your Information".
6. Select the categories of data you want to download. To backup all your Messenger conversations, make sure to select "Messages".
7. Choose the date range and file format for your download.
8. Tap on "Create File" and wait for Facebook to prepare your backup.
9. Once your backup is ready, you will receive a notification in Messenger and via email.
10. Download your backup file and save it to a secure location.

It's important to note that downloading your Facebook data and Messenger conversations will include all of your conversations, including deleted messages.
