I suggest you retry the login procedure on a desktop computer. Perhaps you are not seeing the whole screen or some controls could be disabled by a mobile browser.

What happens when you try to go to facebook.com Does nothing come up? Or does Facebook come up but you cannot log in? Do other sites work? How long has this been happening? What machine / device and web browser or app are you using? Have you shut down and restarted your computer/device yet? Do that first.

Could you use another device's history that was connected to that same Facebook account? Ex: Facebook is on your smartphone, but you also used your tablet or laptop in the past. Good luck! P.S. The key is the devices History, the further back you can go the better your chances are of finding a in.

you have had to have given them a backup email address, and phone number. That's how I have done it.

very simple you can delete them from your phone or you can put them as virus and get them removed from your phone.
