The earliest appearance I can find of this camera is in 2005. Newegg, a 3rd party dealer, once sold it purportedly with a manual. I do not find that manual on the web. In fact, I do not find Ezonics home page. The last contacts I have found for Ezonics is 48521 Warm Springs Blvd Ste 315, Fremont, California, 94539, United States. Phone Number (925) 960-9278. I have not confirmed this is yet a viable contact nor whether you can get a reply from [email protected]. This particular camera is not the Amano camera you may encounter information about. I suggest being doubious of sites which might claim to have access to the manual after you give them a lot of information. My multiple searches have not turned up the manual at this point. Sorry.

Take out the existing battery and look at that.

You need drivers for your OS. Get them from the manufacturer of the webcam.

Could be it is defect, or the battery is defect, or the battery contacts are dirty and or oxidised. Even a tech, with the camera in his (her) hands, will need some time to make the correct diagnose. Dirty contacts (battery and in the camera) can be cleaned with a dry cloth and or cotton swabs. Never use anything sharp in or close to a camera.

Sometimes you need to go into the programs manager and after identifying the problem program, right click on Administrator and choose Run as Administrator.
