Make sure the picture is at least as big as the logo to be printed and no lower than 300dpi, there really is no upper limit on quility but these should print OK.

You should be able to reduce the size of print somewhere in your program rather than printing at 100%. Try to find where you can change to perhaps 95%. You will still be able to read the print. Experiment with the percentages and check the preview prior to printing. You may need to check the printer properties to find where you can change from 1oo%.

IF the jammed paper tears and you cannot remove the paper either from the paper output slot or from the transport unit, or the jammed paper remains inside the machine, remove the paper following the procedure below. 1.
