Your guitar was actually made at the Samick Plant, Korea in January, 1999, before Samick moved its production to Indonesia and China.
An Indonesian made serial number should start with 'SI'.

You can contact Epiphone directly, but really the most comprehensive diagrams of generic wiring is found on the Seymour Duncan site, and i'm sure you will find what you need there.
That would appear to be made in Sept 2014, in China. However the serial number does not give the model of guitar. Epiphones of that year sell on a wide range of prices $300-700.

The confusion is due to Epiphone duplicating serial numbers across different models and years, in that period.
