Epic T60 treadmill motor on 1-2 sec. then go off
Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check the power supply and make sure that the treadmill is plugged in and receiving power.
- Check the fuse or circuit breaker to make sure that the treadmill is not tripping any electrical circuits.
- Make sure that the motor and controller are properly connected and functioning correctly. You may want to check the wiring and make sure there are no loose or damaged connections.
Loud rattling noise when using my Epic 550.
It is most important that when assembling your system, all parts attached with screws, nuts, and bolts are fully tightened. That is true especially with the hand rails that are affixed to the Front of the platform to the rear. Recheck the motor mount and make certain it is solid. Every unit when assembled should be identical, however, if a part is not true (meaning it is bent, dented, etc.) it may not align 100% and make a noise when the device in in operation.
