Look along the edge of the motherboard for markings next to a set of pins. You may see markings to indicate what pins go where. Use the old board to help examine where the pins may be located. HD will go to your HD LED - Polarity will be important here, so when you get it wired, if it does not light you will need to reverse the wires on the pins. Power will go next to a Power indication, and the last probably will be a RESET. Once you get them hooked up properly, they should work for you. what is Mother load?

It's manufactured by Acer. Look at the base of the laptop or charger and see the power consumption. The only time a motherboard manual is provided to the user if when the you:

• Build the machine yourself and purchase the motherboard outright
• Have a machine custom-built by a local computer shop.

PC manufacturers usually purchase customized versions of commercially available motherboards for the machines. They specify chipset parameters and BIOS contents specific to the build(s) they plan to create. Because of that, it is not usually possible to obtain a motherboard manual for such machines.

Is it overheating? Is your copy of windows validated? I would check both.

Check your wired or wireless connection speed. You may need to increase the amount of available memory for the software to enhance the application buffering.

Is your Computer free of Malware ,etc , work on what you can clean off the Computer,as a !st try , see if it make a difference, last resort to reload Windows 7.

If system restore not working you can always try to do a repair operation with the disks that came with your machine. If you have no disks you are out of luck and will have to reload the machine with new software. If concerned about losing data/files you can remove the hard drive and install it as secondary on another working machine, download the files you want to a usb stick and reload the hard drive and re install the files you previously saved. If your particular eMachines model didn't come with recovery media or you just misplaced the disc, you don't want to be caught without a means to restore the operating system.

It's all too easy to accidentally download a virus or experience any number of problems that make your computer unstable.

However, there is an option for restoring your computer without the original recovery disc by using the pre-installed recovery software.

Use an external memory device such as a DVD, flash drive or external hard drive to back up the data you need to save from your eMachines computer.

Any data that isn't saved to an external source will be erased when the computer is restored to factory settings.

Remove any discs that are in the optical drive and unplug the computer's peripheral devices, such as an Ethernet cable or scanner.

Do not disconnect the keyboard, mouse or monitor.

Click the Windows "Start" menu and choose "All Programs."

Navigate to "eMachines" and choose "eMachines Recovery Management." Click the "Restore" tab.

Click "Password Settings" if you have not already set a recovery password. Type a new password in the text box and click "OK." Click "Restore System to Factory Default."

Type the recovery password and click "OK." Click "Next" to wipe the eMachines computer's hard drive and begin the recovery process.

Select "Finish" and wait for the eMachines computer to restart.

Use the series of installation prompts that appear on the screen to create a new user account for your operating system, set the system date and time, and set up your internet settings.

Try cleaning it first with canned compressed air they get dust built up in and sometimes won't run...do not run system with fan not working could overheat...try that...works most times

I think you mean D725, not D735. I don't think that there is an eMachine D735 model. The D725 series is a laptop. Unfortunately, there is no easy solution. You will need to open the laptop, if you know how to do the reset. First disconnect your machine from power; this is an important step (otherwise the next step won't work); then open the laptop. Be very careful not to cause damage with static electricity from your body. After you open it, remove the CMOS battery for 20 to 30 minutes. That will make the motherboard forget all the CMOS settings. Reinstall the battery and try to boot-up. There used to be a software utility toolkit to reset the BIOS password, but it has now disappeared from the Internet because it could easily be used for illegal purposes. that means it cant find the harddrive and there's nothing to boot from in the dvd drive.

You will need to change the boot order in the bios set-up. Turn your computer off, and turn it n again (alternatively Restart it) These things may be initiated by clicking the Windows button at the bottom left of tour screen, and from the shut down drop down menu selecting the appropriate option) As your computer is starting up, and the Emachines logo appears on the screen "Press the "Tab" key repetitatively: If that fails to take you into the BIOSsetup, repeat and try either the "Escape," "Delete," or "F2" keys instead of the Tab key. Once in the BIOS setu[p, Look through the options until see Boot order, and then change that to CD first, HD 2nd. Exit the BIOS setup with save changes option. Done. 19.February.2015

Possible bad hard drive, replace and reload OS.

Open it. Take out the ordinary battery, the CMOS battery (usually a button cell, sometimes accessible through one of the hatches on the base) and leave it to discharge for 12 hours or so. That should clear the password.

Modern computers don't need their hard disk to be defragmented. Perhaps you better try to clean up your disk and registry, with a program like Ccleaner. Don't forget ti install Microsoft Security Essentials, to keep the viruses out. When you have memory problems, please also check the Hard disk for errors with property and Extra, now check.

Change the keyboard setup under the control panel.

Try removing the CMOS battery, wait 15 minutes put it back in and see that that helps. Try reseating your memory sticks. If you have more than one, test them singly and swap slots. Good luck.
