recheck flapper that its seated and or properly adjusted

The Fluidmaster valve is clogged or defective.

Might have been defective with a small crack from the very beginning and over time it just got bigger and bigger until it just gave way and ........................ Happens

lightly tap bolt up

turn the water valve off till you get back to repair it and sounds like a worn flapper

rom plumber whole sale shops, pool or spa shops take your s along as a sample or take a photo of where it goes and dimensions

Do you have the model number? A lot of these systems use a pneumatic tube to send air pressure to a switch. If you have one of those, make sure the tube is not loose or cracked.

replace the washers in the flow control valve inlet

Motor is either seized or something is stuck in the pump.

There's a small clog. Plunge it until it flushes and flows freely.

Have a really good look at the alignment do they both mate properly/? Also check the seat at the bottom where the flapper closes, if it has any rough/uneven spots on the edge, or nicks etc, it will not seal properly. If you have to push it down to get it to close, is the ball dropping as it should or getting jammed on the rod, etc? Other thing to consider, is your water pressure higher than usual? Higher water pressure will cause back flow at the flapper and keep the flapper from dropping as it should.

Your best course of action is to replace the whole ballcock assembly with a new one. I recommend the Fluimaster 400a it is a different design but it will work well with your toilet. Hope this helps Bob

If there is a model number you will have to remove the top tank and look on the bottom of it. good luck

This sounds like you are referring to the suction cover. The fitting with all the little holes in it. These are removed by taking the two screws out of the face of the suction cover and removing it. You can then clean it and install it back the same way. US Parts Center

There should be a control box on or near the pump motor. Look for a small hose connection on the control and attach hose there. Hope this helps. Bob
