This is always caused by bad treatment after use. You need to wash it, pump soapy water, then rinse and wash out the the bottle, then push clean water through. Unfortunately, from reviews I have seen on this product, it is likely it is not going to turn off. In other words, the Motomaster is junk. If I were you, I would return this and select another product. The Dewalt DXAEPS2 may be worth looking into. It has a 2800 Peak/1400 amp Jumpstarter, a 1000 watt inverter and a 120 PSI compressor. Sorry about the problems you'r having with your current Start pack.

I am looking for a charging cord...I moved and haven't seen it in a while. Is there somewhere i could buy one.

Unit is overheating. 1. Check fans are running. and unit is in a cool place where air can flow freely. 2. If fans not working try using an external fan to see if the OCP error goes way. Reduce the load on the outlets (Disconnect some stuff i possible)
