Tandem batteries... is a fairly loose term to be dealing with on batteries... SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY ARE EXPLOSIVE. TANDEM voltage (assuming you were trying to achieve 24 volts with 2 12 volt batteries would NORMALLY be called serial... Where as to increase AMPACITY ... called "parallel." Rather than risk severe burn, blindness (end of life experimenting with EXPLOSIVES... You need to go back to your source for better information ... or Provide better information here... Pretty please

cheaper to go out and buy a new shredder contact the manufacturer spares department

Look for a fuse buried inside the tiller. You can get a service manual from the scooter manufacturer's website

Hi once BATTERIES have aged or left to discharge over months or years a coating forms on the cells & when this happens there is no way they will charge properly. ..u will have to buy new batteries... if U want to test the batteries before U buy new one's U can buy a BATTERY LOAD TESTER ON E/BAY cost aprox $36 this will give U an accurate reading on there condition Cheers

On this controller there is a 6 light LED display above the battery icon which is below the horn button. Turn on the power chair with the 1/0 button and the LED display will light up. The lights are red on the left, yellow in the middle and green to the right. If all 6 lights are lit the chair is fully charged. Hope this helps.

Have the batteries tested, they may be low on charge or defective.

If you have a CTM UNIT, with Dynamic Modular, then you have batteries not holding charge. If this happens only when ur using your product, then batteries will be the issues. CTM 909-590-1388 x115

Rob, If need be, possible you can adapt you old chargers connector onto new charger if not the same plug.
