Try different source (laptop HDMI) to mske sure it is not cable box issue

Just guessing here, are you feeding it the right resolution out of the source for the native resolution of the projector? Typically fuzzy fonts are caused by mismatch of resolution between a computer and it's display's native resolution. A projector can suffer the same issue. Without having a full picture of what your doing, like model numbers, hard for me to help.

Is this happening on all computer/video input? You might have a bad cable.

How long is the cable run? If it's too far away then that's what's causing the "ghosting" effect. You'll need some sort of transmitter/receiver. To quick troubleshoot, bypass the long cable run, and use a shorter cable to connect to the projector and see if the issue still shows.

The air flow might be clogged. This is REAL common on projectors and before replacing anything, you should make sure it is clean inside.

you could short out the wires that connect to the door close switch or replace the switch.

Normally replacing the individual panels is not possible, they are factory alligned. But you can have a try, but takes a lot of patience to achieve a good convergence/ focus again. PLEASE check first the in and out polarized glasses for optical discoulerd areas or leaks.

in primary power-supply circuit there are 2 smd capicitors,1uF and 2.2uF, replace them both by standard radial 105 C electrolytic, also replace the 220uF capacitor that is located beside these 2.
