It doesn't sound fixable in the field. It may be a control panel issue. Contact Vollara (which bought Ecoquest) & get through to tech support. 800-989-2299.

You should be able to get the fan off w/ a small screwdriver & some needle nose pliers for the metal clamp that holds the fan onto the shaft. Look on Google for suppliers to get a new fan & clamp. It shouldn't be expensive.

Have you unplugged it? Or is there a hard reset for it other than the reset button? Can you try to hold the power button down and see if that does anything? But try to pull the filter and stuff out again, after you have unplugged it, see if that works.

I'm thinking it's the circuit board. I would call Vollara (they bought Ecoquest) & see if you can get a circuit board or send back to them to fix. 800-989-2299. Or, you can Google circuit board for Fresh Air & see if there are any suppliers that you can get it from.

The front panel (LED) panel needs to be replaced. Depending on where you are, you may be able to send to a local person to repair. The home office/factory offers a trade in at this time or a flat rate of repair depending on which unit you have. I'm happy to help you further. Message me on my site. Vollara Home
