hello the back plate of the watch either unscrews or pops off. without a good pic of the back of your watch i can't tell. can you flip the watch over and take a real good close-up of it?

Ecclissi is the name of the watch brand and has no bearing on the battery maker. Those batteries are very common and will run between 1-5 dollars for a new replacement.

call a jeweller

Often times these watches come with magnetic clasps and a little safety chain. Just try pulling the magnets apart firmly.

You will need to take to a local jeweler/watch maker. Sorry. There are over 100 ddifferent size batteries for different watches.

mcdevito75 here, I don"t think there"s too much more you can try as I have had the same problem, Best Bet, replace the strap.
