Go to your My eBay page. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and click on Help & Contact, then under Browse by Topic click on managing your account, then click on Other account problems. Then you can click on close your account.

"the computer" didn't lose anything. If you "had" an ebay account then you still have it....unless ebay suspended it.

Just because you're buying on ebay doesn't mean you pay ebay. If you won an auction or used a buy it now, the person you bought the item from will send you an invoice with the total amount and where to send your payment.
